About this policy

This policy describes how Terrae Cam, created by Moon.noon, handles information when you use the iOS app and visit this page. Questions can be sent to terraecam@gmail.com.

Camera, photos and videos

Terrae Cam uses your camera to take photos and videos. If you permit microphone access, it can record sound with video. The app processes your captures and the photos you choose to import on your device. Your originals, edits and finished captures are stored on your device; Terrae does not automatically upload them to a Terrae server.

You can choose to save captures to Apple Photos or share them using iOS. Imported images are selected using the system photo picker. Photos saved to Apple Photos, iCloud Photos or shared with another service are handled according to your settings and that service's policies.

Permissions and your choices

Camera, microphone and Photos access are controlled by iOS. You can review or change these permissions in your iPhone Settings. Disabling access can limit the associated features. You can delete captures in Terrae and remove the app to delete its locally stored files; copies you saved or shared outside the app, and backups managed by iOS or iCloud, must be managed separately.

Purchases

If you purchase Terrae Pro, Apple handles the payment and purchase history. Terrae checks verified App Store transactions to provide or restore access. Terrae does not receive your payment card details. Apple handles its own information under Apple's privacy policy.

Diagnostics and feedback

The app keeps local camera and performance diagnostics to help troubleshoot problems. Terrae does not automatically upload these diagnostics; you can choose to export and share them. If you contact us by email, your editable message includes the app version, device type and iOS version. You decide whether to send it and whether to attach anything. We receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond and investigate your request.

Storage and deletion

App files and local diagnostic records remain on your device until you delete them, remove the app, or iOS removes applicable temporary files. Emails you send us are retained for as long as needed to handle support and related obligations. To request deletion of a support email or ask about your information, contact us at the address below. Apple and other services manage information they hold under their own policies.

Visiting this page

This page is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit it, Cloudflare may process technical request information, such as your IP address, for delivery, security and operations, under its privacy policy. This page does not use its own analytics or advertising cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Terrae Cam changes. We will update the effective date on this page when we make changes.
